- 1 pound ground pork, turkey, chicken or beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 inch ginger root, grated
- 1 tbs toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbs sriracha sauce, or to taste
- 1 package shredded coleslaw mix, or shredded cabbage
- 1 tbs rice wine vinegar, no sugar version
- 2 tbs coconut aminos
- 1 sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning, optional
Assemble ingredients. Dice onion or buy pre-chopped package.
In a large skillet over medium high heat add the ground pork.
While the pork is cooking, dice onion. Using a grater or microplane grate ginger and garlic directly into pan.
When pork and onion are cooked through, add slaw mix
Then add rest of ingredients, except bagel seasoning.
Cook until cabbage is tender. Adjust seasoning as desired adding more coconut aminos for salt, sriracha sauce for heat, vinegar for tang.
