90 Second Keto Bread
garlic and smoked paprika add a nice flavor

Servings: 2 servings
- 1 tbs butter melted in bowl or mug
- 3 tbs almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp psyllium husk powder optional
- 1 pinch salt
In a bowl, mug, or ramekin melt 1 tbs butter in microwave for 45 seconds
Then add dry ingredients to the bowl and mix
Add egg, mix well
Microwave for 90 seconds
Turn out onto a plate or rack to cool slightly
Toast until lightly browned. I like to top with a little cream cheese.
