Equipment
- large skillet
- microplane or grater
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork, turkey, chicken or beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 inch ginger root, grated
- 1 tbs toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbs sriracha sauce, or to taste
- 1 package shredded coleslaw mix, or shredded cabbage
- 1 tbs rice wine vinegar, no sugar version
- 2 tbs coconut aminos
- 1 sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning, optional
Instructions
- Assemble ingredients. Dice onion or buy pre-chopped package.
- In a large skillet over medium high heat add the ground pork.
- While the pork is cooking, dice onion. Using a grater or microplane grate ginger and garlic directly into pan.
- When pork and onion are cooked through, add slaw mix
- Then add rest of ingredients, except bagel seasoning.
- Cook until cabbage is tender. Adjust seasoning as desired adding more coconut aminos for salt, sriracha sauce for heat, vinegar for tang.
