Ingredients

  • 1 tbs butter melted in bowl or mug
  • 3 tbs almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp psyllium husk powder optional
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mug, or ramekin melt 1 tbs butter in microwave for 45 seconds
  • Then add dry ingredients to the bowl and mix
  • Add egg, mix well
  • Microwave for 90 seconds
  • Turn out onto a plate or rack to cool slightly
  • Toast until lightly browned. I like to top with a little cream cheese.
