I’m always looking for a slight change up to my salads. A bed of greens, some protein, and a yummy dressing makes a great meal in minutes. The green most often in my house these days is romaine. It’s an economical bulk buy (thanks Costco) and keeps in the refrigerator for two weeks. While I’m at Costco I often grab their Greek olives, some good feta cheese, lemons, avocados, canned tuna, and maybe a rotisserie chicken. They also have a new grass fed sous vide prepared beef. It’s sliced and ready to eat without funky ingredients. And with all of the tuna that I eat, I’m surprised it’s not represented. The beef always looks great so there are a lot of photos of it.
