Better than pizza I dare say!

Craving pizza but want to stay keto? In less than the time it takes to get a delivery, you can have a healthy meal. Rather than making a keto pizza crust, we are going to use a boneless skinless chicken breast.

A store bought, low carb marinara sauce like Rao’s will make this a simple fast meal.

In a shallow baking pan add your chicken breast. Season with salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder if you like. Layer 1/4 cup of marinara on top of your chicken, add a slice of mozzarella. Top with your favorite pizza toppings such as pepperoni, onion, peppers, olives, etc.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the chicken is cooked through.
