Pumpkin Spice Pancakes
Grain free and sugar free for an amazing taste

Ingredients
- 1 oz cream cheese softened in microwave
- 1 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 whole egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
- 1 tsp swerve or Vanilla stevia drops
- 1 drop maple extract
Instructions
- in a measuring cup or coffee cup, soften cream cheese
- add remainder of ingredients to cup, mix well
- cook in skillet or grill
- serve with butter and Lacanto maple syrup or ChocZero or better Allulose maple syrup
Notes
Play around with the flavors adding cinnamon, vanilla, maple extract, or even banana extract for a fun twist. If you like a bit of crunch chopped walnuts or pecans are a nice addition.
