Pumpkin spiced, maple chocolate chip protein waffles

  • Mini dash waffle maker

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 scoop unflavored whey protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teas baking powder
  • 1/2 teas maple extract
  • 1/2 teas pumpkin pie spice
  • 1- 2 teas Swerve
  • 1 handful Lily's chocolate chips

Notes

Preheat waffle iron. Microwave butter until melted in a measuring cup or coffee cup. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Waffles cook in 2-3 minutes. I get 3-4 waffles per batch.
