Materials
- 2 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 4 oz extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1 tea Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tea salt
- 1 dash hot sauce or black pepper
- 1-2 cloves fresh minced or grated garlic
Instructions
- In a mason jar or salad dressing shaker jar mix all ingredients together
- Taste for seasoning
- Add a bit more lemon juice or a splash of apple cider vinegar if you prefer a more tart/sharp dressing.
- Serve over salad greens
