Materials

  • 2 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 oz extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1 tea Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tea salt
  • 1 dash hot sauce or black pepper
  • 1-2 cloves fresh minced or grated garlic

Instructions

  • In a mason jar or salad dressing shaker jar mix all ingredients together
  • Taste for seasoning
  • Add a bit more lemon juice or a splash of apple cider vinegar if you prefer a more tart/sharp dressing.
  • Serve over salad greens
