Craving a little bite of chocolate? These fat bombs are the BOMB!!

A base of almond butter, some coconut oil to firm them up, unsweetened cocoa powder and a bit of sweetener and you’ve got a great treat. These little two bite desserts will keep the cravings at bay.

Let’s get started…

In a measuring cup with a spout measure 3/4 cup of almond butter (peanut butter or coconut butter also work). Add 1/4 cup of coconut oil and then warm up in the microwave to make it easy to pour. Since I use natural almond and peanut butters they come out of the refrigerator pretty solid. 

Then add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder and sweetener of your choice to taste. Plain stevia works well. Flavored Sweet Drops in vanilla or caramel are amazing. Feel like adding a little sea salt or some slivered almonds. Do it. 

I like to keep these in the freezer. I switched from the paper mini cupcake paper wrappers to the silicone ones.
