Equipment
- Blender or food processor
Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- 3/4 C olive oil extra virgin
- 1/3 C red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or oregano dried
- 3 cloves garlic large
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- crushed red pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to food processor or blender. Blend until smooth
- I had a few sprigs of cilantro and mint on hand so I added it to this batch.
