Caesar Dressing
lemony and slightly creamy
Equipment
- Glass jar
- Mircoblade or grater
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayo commercial ok, homemade preferred
- 2 cloves fresh garlic large
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup olive oil extra virgin
- 1/4 cup lemon juice fresh squeezed
- 1 lemon zest
- salt
- pepper fresh ground
- hot sauce to taste
Instructions
- Add mayo to jar. Zest a bit of lemon over jar. Squeeze fresh lemon juice. Add to jar.
- Zest/grate garlic over jar. If you don't have a zester put your garlic cloves on a cutting board to mince adding a bit of salt to help break the garlic down.
- Add rest of ingredients then shake well.
Notes
Serve dressing over romaine with freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Top with croutons or Whisps cheese crackers.
